FRONT STREET FIGHTS 5 – PRESENTED BY BODYBUILDING.COM

Former Boise State wrestling star Jesse Brock will return to CenturyLink Arena to take part in the main event of Front Street Fights V on Friday, May 15.

Brock will put his 19-8 record (4 KO, 12 submissions) on the line against Bendy Casimir (20-11, 4 KO, 12 submissions), a native of France.  Brock posted victories inFront Street Fights I and Front Street Fights III.  His third appearance in the Front Street Fights event will come exactly 364 days after his first appearance, a submission victory over Omar Avelar on May 15, 2014.

The co-main event will feature Chuck Fordyce against Idaho’s Darrell Flores.  Each fighter has a previous match against Talon Hofman, who posted a victory in the co-main event of Front Street Fights II last August.

Front Street Fights 4 – presented by Bodybuilding.com – will take place on February 20th at 7pm.

The main event features Steven Siler (23-14-0) stepping into the cage against Brandon “Hot Rod” Hempleman (10-2-0).  Brandon is currently under contract with World Series of Fighting and they have granted him permission to step the cage in front of his hometown crowd!

The co-main event will see Benny Vinson (7-2-1) taking on Czar Sklavos (10-4-0)

Front Street Fights 3, presented by Bodybuilding.com, will take place on Friday, November 7th at 7pm.

The main event will see Boise’s own Jesse Brock (18-8) return to the Front Street Fights main event to face Eben Kaneshiro (18-11) from Kauai, Oregon.

The remainder of the fight card, consisting of both professional and amateur bouts, will be announced at a later date.

Jesse Brock 18-8 and riding a win streak was given permission by the MFC to participate on Front Street Fights 3 November 7th card at Century Link Arena. Jesse Brock was slated to compete for the MFC bantamweight world title this October vs Anthony Birchak but the current champ (Birchak) ended up signing a new contract with the UFC and leaving Jesse without an opponent. The MFC decided that Jesse will compete against a yet to be determined opponent for the vacant belt in Janurary.  We are pleased that the Maximum fighting organization is allowing Jesse to compete this November in front of his home town one more time. LOCALS SHINE IN INAUGURAL FRONT STREET FIGHTS #1

Boise, ID (5/16/14) – Jesse Brock (Boise, ID) showed off the grappling ability that made him a Pac-10 champion wrestler at Boise State, claiming a submission victory in the Main Event of the first Front Street Fights at CenturyLink Arena.

Brock improved to 18-8 overall with the victory over Omar Avelar (Moses Lake, WA) at 3:52 of the first round in front of 2,118 fans in downtown Boise.

“I’m just having fun right now,” Brock said after the fight. “It’s taken me quite a few years to get to this point and I’m enjoying it.”

FRONT STREET FIGHTS – LIVE MMA FIGHTING

Professional Mixed Martial Arts is back  in downtown Boise this spring at CenturyLink Arena with Front Street Fights.

The debut  Front Street Fights event will be Friday, May 16, at CenturyLink Arena and will feature four fully-professional MMA fights along with six amateur fights on the undercard.  Tickets for the event are on sale now.

General-admission upper bowl seating costs just $15 per ticket.  Lower-bowl reserved seats are $30 apiece with floor-reserved seats at $50.  Fans interested in a floor-level table for eight can get those for $400.
